Craig Ramsay
Craig has worked in search and content marketing since 2006, on technical SEO, content operations, and the systems that sit behind them. That work has been for marketing agencies, for brands, and for independent software businesses, usually on the parts of the job that sit between marketing and engineering and get owned by neither.
He also runs Shake Digital, a digital marketing agency, and EdgeWorks grew out of that work. Running client accounts year after year makes the gaps in the available tooling obvious, and EntityLinks is the first of those gaps he decided to build for rather than work around.
EdgeWorks is deliberately structured so that the person who answers your email is the person responsible for the work. Craig is the company's sole member, which means he owns it outright and is accountable for everything it does.
